Currently a Product Designer in the news industry.

In my initial 1.5 years with The Business Times, I worked on exciting projects: I co-led the conceptualisation, design, and launch of the first news personalisation tool, myBT ; spearheaded the redesign of the ad experience across the BT platform; and led the redesign of the Breaking News Page.

Before that, I delved into the world of UX/UI design in e-commerce, transportation and fintech domains, becoming a true Jack of All Trades.

Currently, my focus predominantly revolves around exploring comprehensive design documentation which can help to streamline the design process. I firmly believe that designers should never feel lost or unsure of where to begin. If you're curious to learn more, here's a glimpse.

Outside of design, I am a major foodie. And, in every country I visit, I make it a point to go on at least one hike.
